1. Using Maktoobb

Maktoobb is free to use. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping a copy of anything important. The Export button is there for that.

2. Your notes belong to you

You keep all rights to what you write. If you sign in, you give us permission to store and sync your notes for you, and for nothing else.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not use Maktoobb to break the law, to try to reach other people's data, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. No guarantees

Maktoobb is provided "as is". It may change, have bugs, or stop working, and we do not promise it will always be available. That is another reason to export now and then.

5. Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data or for indirect damages that come from using Maktoobb.

6. Ending things

You can stop using Maktoobb at any time, and you can delete your account from the Account window. We may end access for accounts that break these terms.

7. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will change with them.
